Specialised Scan Solutions focus on the warranty and maintenance of the products created by Bell and Howell, Kodak and Fujitsu. 
We also provide service agreements for 3M and Neopost equipment.

Our service and support on a contractual basis guarantees that the possibility of breakdowns are minimized by the following factors:

• Preventative monthly or quarterly services
• A 4 hour response and an 8 hour fix time when needed
• Onsite maintenance, including cleaning materials and parts where needed
• Onsite technical training
• Warranty on all parts
• Rentals
• Swap out units are offered where the technician is not able to solve onsite problems
